Annual Maintenance Contract

We offer Annual Maintenance Support to customers for their complete IT Infrastructure.

Preventive Maintenance - A network is a collection of electrically-powered pieces of equipment, connected via cables, and running software programs. In order for the network to work properly, every item of the network must work properly. Network preventive maintenance is concerned with everything that can be done to prevent any component of a network from failing on performance.

Each component of the network (Switches, Cabling, Servers, Workstations, Instruments, UPS, Peripherals, etc) has its own special usage and maintenance concerns that must be dealt with in order to provide maximum network availability. Proper preventive maintenance provides the opportunity to detect and correct problems before they degrade the performance of the products.

Comprehensive Maintenance - In addition to the regular preventive maintenance we attend all the service calls and replace the defective product as required for the complete system to perform. In case of a major break down we provided with a standby equipment to provide the zero- down time support. Our AMC services also provide Annual Software Maintenance Service which include periodic updates of software, documentation and related supporting materials. AKN, in its sole discretion, select the means for distributing the Software Maintenance Services.

On-site Engineer Support - Having the assurance of someone being onsite is a great thing to have. AKN provides complete On-Site comprehensive maintenance services. We take the ownership of the working of the system with various SLA levels of service. Of course, this might not be a realistic solution due to budget constraints for the small businesses units. For these kind of customers who cannot afford to have IT staff on a full time basis. AKN’s Scheduled call based support services provide companies with onsite support on scheduled days of the week or schedule hrs of the week and extend overall ownership of the system performance with different levels of service.
